Due to the digital nature of online promotional products, we do not offer refunds on delivered digital products. Refunds may be offered for products or services cancelled during production, dependending on work completed at point of cancellation. Products and services applicable for refund, including amounts of refunds available will be explicitly stated on the service contract for said product or service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
